Salotpk Terms and Conditions – Rules for Platform Use

1. General Rules and Acceptance

Welcome to salotpk. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules that apply to every person who accesses or uses the salotpk platform, including the website at salotpk.onl, the mobile application and any related services. The platform is operated under the salotpk brand and is directed at adult users in Pakistan.

By registering a salotpk account, making a deposit in PKR, placing a bet or wager, participating in a promotion or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the salotpk platform.

These Terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and salotpk. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

Salotpk reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

The salotpk platform is strictly for adults only. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make deposits, place bets or use any part of the gaming and casino sections. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

Salotpk may request identity verification documents at any point in time to confirm your age, identity or the ownership of the payment method being used. 3. Account Registration and Security

Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices or shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being reviewed.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date personal information. Providing false details — including a fictitious name, incorrect date of birth or an email address you do not own — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for keeping your salotpk login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — confidential and secure. You must not share your login details with any other person. Salotpk will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

• Notify salotpk support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Do not access your salotpk account from shared, public or unsecured devices or networks.
• Salotpk staff will never ask for your password via any channel.

Salotpk reserves the right to close or suspend accounts at its discretion where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, match fixing, or any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and PKR Banking

All transactions at salotpk — deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals — are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no hidden conversion fees and your account balance will always be displayed in PKR.

Salotpk supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer (IBFT) and debit cards. The availability of specific methods may vary from time to time and salotpk reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.

Deposits: Funds deposited must be from a payment method that belongs to you and is registered in your name. Third-party deposits — where the sender is not the registered account holder — are not permitted and will be returned or held pending investigation. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may differ by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed faster than bank transfers. Salotpk may request additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled if a valid reason is submitted by the account holder before processing begins.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Salotpk reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support immediately if you believe an incorrect deposit has been made.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Salotpk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback rewards, VIP perks and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL) or international T20 tournaments.

Each individual promotion comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough requirements), minimum deposit amounts, eligible games or bet types, minimum odds restrictions and expiry dates. These terms are displayed alongside each offer and must be read carefully before you opt in or claim any bonus.

General bonus rules that apply across all salotpk promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per device. Claiming multiple accounts to obtain a bonus multiple times is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus funds, after the wagering requirement has been fully met, are eligible for withdrawal.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed through salotpk are subject to the betting rules applicable to each sport and market at the time the bet is placed. Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and bilateral series — are governed by standard cricket betting rules including provisions for rain delays, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments, abandoned matches and player withdrawals.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the salotpk system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time of placement unless a manifest error has occurred. Salotpk reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or human mistake in pricing.

For casino and live casino games, the rules of each individual game — including return-to-player (RTP) percentages, betting limits and game-specific features — are governed by the software provider's rules as displayed within the game itself. Salotpk acts as a distributor of these games and the underlying game logic is controlled by the provider.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per game and are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• Salotpk does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, market or live table at any given time.
• Where a game or sports bet is interrupted due to a technical fault mid-round or mid-session, salotpk will apply a fair resolution based on the state of play at the point of interruption.
• Collusion between players, use of automated betting software (bots), or any form of cheating will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the salotpk platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, notification to relevant parties:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account to circumvent betting limits, claim bonuses multiple times or evade a previously applied restriction.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen payment credentials, initiating chargebacks after withdrawing winnings or using payment methods that are not registered in your name.
• Match fixing and integrity violations: Placing bets on events that you have direct influence over, or that you have inside knowledge are the subject of corruption or manipulation.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated software to play casino games or place sports bets on your behalf.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of salotpk promotions through coordinated play, account sharing or strategies designed purely to extract bonus value without genuine engagement.
• Impersonation: Registering under a false identity or pretending to be another person when communicating with salotpk support.
• Illegal use: Using the salotpk platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

Salotpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the platform or other users.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance will be held securely and not released until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation determines that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance restored. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full or in part depending on the nature of the violation.

Players may also voluntarily close their salotpk account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure — net of any active bonus amounts — will be returned to the player via their registered payment method subject to standard verification requirements. Accounts that have been self-excluded for responsible gaming reasons will not be reinstated for the duration of the exclusion period.
